This classic, modular design transitions smoothly from professional,
corporate or home office to living room or den. Our Barrister Bookcase
units are crafted from solid wood. Sections are extra deep and tall and
specifically designed to fit books (and Bindertek binders!) up to 12" high. In fact, each door section holds up to 11 Standard (3") binders or 18 Slim (2") binders. The receding doors allow for easy one-hand
operation and access to treasured items and files, stored neatly and dust-free inside.
Mix & match components to create the storage you
need
Easily add on units as your storage needs change. Each section
effortlessly fits together with an interlocking rail and groove system
to ensure sturdy, perfectly aligned cases. No tools required! Design a
set of Bookcases for your current needs and add additional units later
as your library or office grows.
How to Order:
1. Select the
Crown and one
Base section (choose Open
Square Leg Base or
Closed Box Base) for each unit.
2. Customize your Bookcase by choosing from a
variety
of door sections/styles and
add-on
options. Mix and match up to five door sections on each Bookcase unit.
Optional items include: Pull-Out Shelf (detailed picture shown left) and
Locks for door sections.
3. Choose from 10 wood finish colors. See

Crown
Top. Required
for each unit,
adds a finishing piece at the top.
Receding Glass Door Section.
One of three door styles. The classic glass door slides up and recedes
into the cabinet.
All-Wood Receding Door Section. A
raised-panel, solid
wood door keeps your files and binders hidden neatly from view.
Double Door Cabinet Section. Solid
wood-framed double
doors open outward. Perfect for storing multi-media items and
more.
Base. A base is required to support each
Bookcase unit.
Choose from the Open Square Leg Base or the Closed Box Base option.

to enhance this distinction in wood. Thus, the finished product may
