Special Order Items are custom-made products that must be pre-paid and typically have longer lead times than other products. If your merchandise is delivered via Truck Service, please make sure you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If any of the boxes are damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is via UPS Ground Service. Delivery time varies depending upon location and is listed as approximate time in transit once shipped. Orders may take additional 1-2 business days for processing. North East Coast orders will be received in 2-4 business days. Mid-Country and Southern Region 3-5 business days and West Coast 5-7 business days. Alaska and Hawaii 6-10 business days. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on UPS real time shipping rates. Please note, some items have longer delivery times than our Standard Ground Shipping, and these exceptions are noted on the individual web product pages.
*In some cases smaller residential shipments may be delivered via UPS Surepost. In these instances there may be an additional day in transit prior to delivery.

2 Day/3 Day Air: 2nd and 3rd Day Air Services are available for your time sensitive orders. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on UPS real time shipping rates. UPS 2 Day Air is available to 50 States and Puerto Rico. UPS 3 Day Select is available to 48 contiguous U.S. states. Please call for 2nd Day Air rates to U.S. Territories and Canada.
