Use these tabs as a main or sub-index for 8 1/2” x 14” sized documents, pleadings, exhibits, medical records or other items of reference. The series begins with tabs numbered 1-25, in 25-tab increments up to 100.

· Gray tabs numbered 1-100 run along the right side
· Durable Mylar®-reinforced tabs and page holes
· Heavy-duty 90 lb. index stock
· For use with 8 1/2" x 14" legal size binders.

Choose Top Punch or Side Punch:
2-hole top punch style works with Bindertek TopFiles Top Punch Legal Size Binders.
5-hole side punch style works with 2-Ring or 3-Ring Side Punch Legal Size Binders.
