We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bindertek purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products, or the service you received, you are welcome to return your products within 30 days for a full merchandise refund. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment was received. For your convenience, a return slip is provided with every order. Simply provide the information requested, and return to the address listed (see below). We suggest insuring the return, for your safety. Credit can only be given for merchandise returned in "as-new" condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special order furniture is not returnable.

If you are exchanging items, be sure to enclose the shipping amount for the items you are exchanging for. That amount is 9% of your order total for Standard shipping, unless you are in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or other US Territories, then the amount is 18% of your order total. PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When you place an order using a credit card, we will charge the card when the order is shipped.

Check: We accept business checks or money orders. We will ship your order the day your check is received.

COD: We can ship your order COD. The charge for this service is an additional $9.50 per box shipped. A check, payable to Bindertek needs to be ready for the delivery person. Please call for exact amounts.
