Bankruptcy Tabs

Posted by Verified Buyer on September 6, 2015

Only thing I don’t like about the bk tabs is that they are specifically for Chapter 11 and 13 cases. We do a lot of Chapter 7 cases, and need additional tabs for the following: 1) Court Notices; and 2) for filing of documents AFTER the Petition has been filed. So I create two more tabs. Otherwise, they work really well.

Your Tabs are Fantastic

Bankruptcy is quite complicated. Your tabs help to keep everything straight; however, it would be helpful if you made specific tabs for Chapter 7 bankruptcy as you do for Chapter 11s and Cahpter 13s. There are differences. I use the existing tabs for Chapter 7 BK, but it is a bit difficult to organize because chapter 7s are different.
