    Quickfile Folder

I purchased this to use it as a signature folder for my exec. We put one item requiring a signature in one slot. All backup detail that she would need is slipped in the same slot. Good organizational tool. Not expensive.

These folders are wonderful! There are many sections that hold quite a lot. I use one for my billing items, one holds my "to-do's" and so on. They are sturdy and the elastic straps hold your papers secure. I love them. I just wish they came in more colors but I would purchase these again hands down. Great product!

I needed a way to multitask without using the table to spread out piles of files for all the things I was working on. I wasn't sure if Quick File was what i needed, but when I saw "tickler file" mentioned, I had an Aha moment. I write the categories in pencil on the front (so I can easily replace it). In each section I only file the essential docs for the next step. I find it helpful to use large lined sticky notes on the top doc in each section. All those other files/papers are in a file box labeled with the corresponding category titles used on the front of the Quick File. I don't use the peek's not a lg enough window to recognize what's on top.

This is my catch-all for important documents that I didn't have a place for, like receipts and pending items. I won't be without one again.
