Our Corporate Kit with Seal includes everything you need to put your corporate records book together. Create kits as you go by purchasing blank kits ahead of time, so you can add client details when needed. Utilize our easy fill-in templates for customization (click on Templates & Instructions above). Or, have Bindertek do some of the work for you. We can print your company name on the spine label and stock certificates, making setup that much easier.

You’ll receive our classic 3-Ring binder, available in a variety of colors, paired with a protective binder slipcase to safeguard important corporate records. The custom pocket seal embosser is easy to use and makes clear, crisp impressions. The seal is personalized with your company name, state of incorporation and year of incorporation, and comes in a faux leather pouch. Pre-printed premium Mylar-reinforced Corporate Index Tabs keep your corporation papers and minutes in order. We also include blank paper for you to print your minutes on.
