This LLC Kit includes everything you need to put your company records book together. Packaged with a stunning 3-Ring Zippered Faux Leather Binder and Seal. Create kits as you go by purchasing blank kits ahead of time, so you can add client details when needed by utilizing our easy fill-in templates for customization (click on Templates & Instructions above). Or, have Bindertek do some of the work for you. We can print your company name on the LLC certificates, making setup that much easier.

You’ll receive our Zippered Faux Leather 3-Ring Binder to safeguard important company records. The popular 2-inch spine width accommodates 275 sheets of letter-size paper — a capacity that will meet most needs. Enclosed by two pull tab zippers, your contents are securely stored inside.

The custom pocket seal embosser comes in a faux leather pouch with reinforced metal binder ring holes. Personalized with your company name, state of formation and year of formation, and comes in a faux leather pouch.

The pre-printed premium Mylar-reinforced LLC Index Tabs keep your limited liability papers and minutes in order. We also include blank, pre-punched paper for you to print your minutes on.
