    Great Customer Service!

    This binder is great for our paper referral system. However, they are not as sturdy as you might expect; a couple binders bent during shipping and another broke a week later due to the ring breaking. Better for moderate or light use.

    We purchased the binders to replace very thick medical binders that were overflowing with records. The capacity of this binder is great. However, when individuals are using them everyday and have been used to pulling apart rings vs. using tab to open rings...The rings will easily become separated and you can not line them back up. My staff are having a hard time remembering to use the tab to open the rings. It only takes one time to pull apart the rings and the binder is unusable. The rings will be permanently separated and there is no way to realign them. We are in and out of the charts on a daily basis and they may not be designed for such frequent use.

    For the money I was hoping for something more durable. I like the size a lot and the rings seem well made. The body of the book seems to be covered cardboard and it feels like its going to rip apart whenever I pick it up out of the carrying case I also bought from the company. It does come with a warrentee and the guy I ordered it from was super friendly and assured me they back up the products.

    This is the first bindertek binder that I have not recommended to everyone. We use large numbers of binders every day, and I was hoping for a very heavy construction quality binder. Bindertek usually does an outstanding job; however, this binders rings do not align well, and are too light for a 5.5 inch binder. The label panels literally fell off the binders the first time we used them. I'm still in search of a heavy duty well made extra large binder.
